Truffle Festival Dinner at Maha East

In celebration of this year’s exquisite truffle yield from Manjimup, Western Australia, we’re excited to bring you our inaugural Truffle Festival dinner at Maha East.


Join us for this four-course feast, showcasing the best seasonal produce, with WA’s finest truffles in the spotlight. Our chefs have designed an exclusive menu for this one-night-only event, with dishes you won’t find at any other Delia Group venue. Experience the iconic Maha style, punctuated with a lush truffle flourish.


Included in the cost ($150pp), guests can enjoy a beverage match carefully curated by our sommeliers to elevate each dish. Beginning with a vibrant 2016 brut from our partners at Clover Hill, the list features four beautiful wines from Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
Our Truffle Festival dinner will take place on July 20, 2022. To book your ticket, simply make a reservation for this date and select your preferred sitting.

A Middle East Feast at Maha East

To celebrate the premiere of ‘A Middle East Feast’ on SBS Food and SBS OnDemand, Shane Delia and the Maha team will be showcasing dishes from the series each weekend from the 26 June. Discover a weekly updated weekend lunch menu with dishes inspired by the show at your neighbourhood wine bar Maha East.

Over 10 episodes, award-winning chef Shane Delia will take viewers on a tantalising and flavourful journey through an array of Middle Eastern dishes. From Turkey to Oman, Israel to Lebanon, Shane will draw on different cultural influences to recreate the food traditions of the Middle East and delve into the stories behind these recipes soaked in history.

Each episode, the Maha chef and restauranteur will be joined in his studio kitchen by local bakers, cooks and café owners who will share their secrets for creating Middle Eastern favourites. Think juicy chicken shawarma, oozing knafeh, croquette-styled Kibbeh and sweet sticky pastries. The feeling of community and entertaining that Shane and his guests create with each dish emphasise that Middle Eastern food is just as much about bringing friends and family together as it is about gorgeous flavours.

Maha Bar presents ‘Middle East’s Finest’

From May 18, celebrated chef-restaurateur Shane Delia is shining the spotlight on four of the country’s top young chefs to showcase the evolution of Middle Eastern cuisine at Collingwood’s Maha Bar.

The rising masters of modern Middle Eastern fare, Ben Williamson (QLD), Paul Farag (NSW), Adam Wolfers (QLD) and Tom Sarafian (VIC) will each take over the kitchen across four consecutive Tuesdays, serving a set menu influenced by their unique culinary styles and background, and personal connections to the region.
